CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN THỂ THAO VÀ DU LỊCH DÙ LƯỢN SA PA (“we”) respects and protects customers' personal data in accordance with Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection 2025, Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection and its implementing regulations, and Decree 52/2013/ND-CP on e-commerce (amended by Decree 85/2021/ND-CP). This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who can access it and your rights.

1. Purposes

Receive, confirm and fulfil your flight booking; contact you about the schedule, pickup point and time; notify you of changes or cancellations.

Assign a suitable pilot and equipment (based on the weight, age and health information you declare) to keep the flight safe.

Purchase and activate paragliding insurance for passengers.

Send booking confirmation emails and e-tickets; provide customer care and handle complaints.

Traffic statistics to improve the website; prevention of fake and spam bookings.

Comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax, requests from competent authorities).

2. Data collected

Person making the booking: name, email, phone / WhatsApp / Zalo number, pickup location, special requests.

Each passenger: full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, passport or ID number, weight.

Health information you choose to declare (if any) to assess fitness to fly. This is sensitive personal data, used only for flight safety and insurance.

Photos and videos taken during the flight (see section 7).

Technical data when you visit the website: cookies, visit statistics, anti-bot verification data when submitting a booking, language preference.

The website does not collect or store payment card details.

3. Retention

Personal data is retained for the period required by law.

When the retention period ends, or when you ask us to delete it (to the extent the law allows), the data is deleted or anonymised.

4. Who can access your data

Sapa Paragliding's customer service staff, flight coordinators, pilots and drivers — only the data they need for their work.

The insurance company providing paragliding insurance for passengers: passenger details needed to issue the insurance.

Providers of data storage, email, messaging and technical infrastructure for the website, bound by confidentiality commitments to us. Some may host servers outside Vietnam; we share only the data needed for operations and follow the legal procedures for transferring personal data abroad.

Competent authorities when required by law.

We do not sell or rent customers' personal data.

5. Security

The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections; the admin area requires a personal login; only staff who need it can access booking data.

If a data breach occurs, we will contain it and notify affected customers and the competent authority as required by law.

6. Your rights as a data subject

Under Vietnam's personal data protection law you have the right to:

Be informed about the processing of your personal data.

Give or refuse consent, and withdraw consent (withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out).

View, access, obtain and correct your personal data.

Request deletion; request restriction of processing; object to processing, including for advertising and marketing.

Complain, denounce, sue and claim compensation for damages as provided by law.

Protect your own personal data in accordance with the law.

7. Photos taken during the flight

Photos and videos recorded during the flight are given to you and may be used for Sapa Paragliding's communication and marketing. If you do not agree, please tell us before or after the flight and we will not use, or will remove, those images.

8. Cookies

The website uses cookies to remember your language and to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website still works normally.
