After we receive your booking, the system emails you an acknowledgement with your booking code. We will contact you within 3 hours to arrange and confirm the flight schedule (flight time, pickup point and pickup time).
The contract is formed when we confirm the flight schedule with you. If we cannot meet your request (fully booked, weather, safety conditions…), we will tell you and suggest another schedule.

Terms & Commitments for Tandem Paragliding Flights

1. Conditions for taking part in a paragliding flight

This section sets out the conditions and rules that apply to customers when booking and taking part in a paragliding flight.

Paragliding is an outdoor sport with an adventurous, risk-bearing nature (even so, a paragliding flight is one of the most worthwhile experiences of a lifetime). It involves the natural risks inherent in free flight, which even a pilot with extensive knowledge and skills cannot rule out 100%. Your flight is carried out by a professionally trained and certified pilot.
Customers taking part in a paragliding flight must be in a state of health suitable for an outdoor sports activity, and must not have any medical condition that could endanger themselves or others, such as: epilepsy, serious heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, neurological disorders, frequent dizziness/fainting, conditions of the spine, bones or joints, or any condition requiring regular medication.
Customers aged 18 or over may book on their own and sign these terms themselves. Customers under 18 must be accompanied at the flying site by a parent or legal guardian, who signs on their behalf. Children aged 3 and over may fly tandem with a pilot, provided they are physically able to fit into the harness properly and can understand and follow simple instructions during take-off and landing.
By booking and taking part in the flight, the customer is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following waiver of liability:
  • Clear awareness that paragliding is an activity carrying the risks inherent in air sports;
  • Voluntary participation and acceptance of the risks arising during the activity;
  • Release of the pilot, the instructors and the operator from liability for incidents that fall within the scope of the potential risks inherent in flying;
  • Undertaking not to claim compensation or bring legal action if an accident or incident occurs causing damage to property or harm to the customer's own health;
  • Full compliance with the safety instructions of the pilot and the operations staff;
  • This waiver applies for the entire time the customer takes part in the paragliding activities organised by the operator.
During the flight, the take-off run and the landing may involve slipping or falling, which can soil your clothes or even cause scrapes. Please therefore do not wear expensive clothing or bring valuable jewellery. Customers should bring their own long-sleeved clothing that allows easy movement and gives good coverage, and wear sports shoes for the flight.
The customer undertakes to provide accurate information when taking part in the flight, including: full name, date of birth, ID document number, weight and state of health.

2. Flight duration

The customer understands that an unpowered paraglider depends 100% on the wind, and that the expected airborne time is around 10 minutes per flight (except for flights with a powered paraglider, where the duration can be chosen at will, from 10 to 25 minutes). The customer taking part in the flight therefore accepts that:

The flight may be shorter than expected if wind conditions are poor.
In good weather, the flight may be extended free of charge.
Flying for more than 15 minutes can easily cause dizziness due to changes in pressure and altitude — please consider this.

3. Rules on the use of images

This section explains how photos and videos recorded during the flight may be used.

Photos and videos recorded during the flight (including with GoPro or other recording devices) are provided to the customer and may be used by the operator for media and promotional purposes.
If you do not agree to your images being used, please let us know before or after the flight.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation rules

This section sets out the conditions and rules on schedule changes that apply to customers when booking and taking part in a paragliding flight.

Paragliding depends 100% on weather conditions, especially the wind, and on other external factors. By taking part in the flight, the customer therefore understands and agrees that:

The flight schedule may be changed, postponed or cancelled due to bad weather, wind that is not safe enough, or other force majeure factors. In such cases, the customer may reschedule or cancel the flight entirely free of charge. The customer may also reschedule or cancel free of charge in other reasonable force majeure situations.
On some days bad weather delays the schedule, causing a backlog of customers. In that case your flight may be moved to another time without advance notice. The customer agrees to such rescheduling, as flight safety is the highest priority.
If the customer cancels for personal reasons after part of the service has already been used (for example: insurance has been activated, the shuttle service has been used, drinks or other services have been used), the customer agrees to pay in full for the costs already incurred.
If the customer cancels or reschedules for personal reasons in a way that affects flight operations, disrupts operations, or where the pilot team and staff are already standing by and the customer suddenly changes plans, the customer must bear the corresponding costs incurred and will only be refunded the remaining amount after deduction of reasonable costs.
Flights are scheduled on a “first booked, first served” basis. Therefore, on some peak days (for example public holidays and Tet) when there are too many bookings in one day, the flight order will follow the time at which each customer booked. Please consider booking “as early as possible” to secure priority during peak periods.

5. Rules on bringing pets and personal items on the flight

Bringing pets

Customers are allowed to bring a pet on the flight, however:

The customer is fully responsible for the pet's safety.
The pet must have a suitable harness/secured position and must be kept under control.
The operator and the pilot are not liable for any risk relating to the pet.
The customer understands that the pilot may refuse to fly with the pet if he considers there is anything affecting safety, including but not limited to: excessive size, excessive weight, behaviour that is hard to control, or any other potential risk.

Bringing personal items

Customers may bring personal items such as a phone, sunglasses, jewellery and other small items. However:

The customer is responsible for looking after their own belongings.
The operator is not liable for loss, dropped items or damage.
Items that are oversized or too heavy (over 3kg, or that interfere with flight safety) may be refused.

Food, drink and state of health

Customers are allowed to bring and consume food and drink during the flight. The customer understands that:

Consuming beer, spirits or other alcoholic drinks is the customer's personal responsibility.
If the customer is drunk, unable to control their behaviour, or behaves inappropriately, they may be refused the flight for safety reasons, with no refund in that case.

6. Add-on services (drone, 360° camera, filming)

This section covers photo and video recording services.

Customers may book add-on services such as drone filming, 360° camera or other forms of recording during the flight.
The customer understands that paragliding takes place in wind, with shaking and complex natural conditions, and therefore:
  • Recording devices may suffer technical faults, battery failure, signal loss, uncontrollable shaking or other faults arising during the flight.
  • In some cases a fault is only discovered after the flight has ended and cannot be fixed in time.
If the recording service cannot be carried out, or is not of adequate quality, due to unintended technical faults, the customer agrees that:
  • The cost of the recording service will be refunded 100%.
  • The cost of the paragliding flight will not be refunded, because the flight itself was still carried out in full and safely.
The customer understands and agrees that flight safety is always the highest priority, and that in all cases dealing with technical matters must not compromise the safety of the flight.
Files from the GoPro or the drone are usually available right after the flight and are transferred directly to the customer's phone. Files from the 360° camera, however, need more time for editing and exporting, and will therefore be sent within 24 hours (via Zalo, Drive or WhatsApp).
GoPro photo and video recording assisted by the pilot is completely free of charge. The customer may be asked to hold the device for a period of time (for example during take-off or landing, or in flight). The customer does not have to pay compensation if they happen to damage or drop the device, and at the same time the customer receives no compensation if photo/video data is lost because the device is damaged, dropped or lost through impact during the flight.
