Muong Hoa Valley from above

Muong Hoa Valley is famous for its endless rice terraces, the winding Muong Hoa stream and the ancient rock field. In flight you'll admire the watering season (May–June) and the golden rice season (September–October) – the two most beautiful times of the year.

Best time to fly

You can fly in Sapa all year round, depending on the weather. The most beautiful periods are the golden rice season (Sep–Oct) and the watering season (May–Jun). Exact flight times are confirmed daily based on wind and visibility.
