Payment Policy

本政策以英文显示，以越南语版本为准。
This policy explains how you pay for paragliding flights and related services provided by CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN THỂ THAO VÀ DU LỊCH DÙ LƯỢN SA PA.
1. No deposit, no prepayment
No deposit — reserve in advance, pay at the flying site. You only need to book via the website or hotline / Zalo / WhatsApp; we never require a deposit or prepayment.
Payment is made directly at the flight site before take-off.
The website does not take online payments and does not store your card details.
2. Payment methods
Cash.
Bank transfer to an account in the name of CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN THỂ THAO VÀ DU LỊCH DÙ LƯỢN SA PA: 工作人员将在确认预订时发送公司的转账信息。 Please never transfer to a personal account; if in doubt, verify via hotline +84 386 887 489.
Major credit / debit cards.
PayPal.
3. Price and currency
The amount payable is the total cost shown in the booking confirmation step and in the acknowledgement email, based on the prices published on the website at the time of booking.
Listed prices include value-added tax (VAT).
The payment currency is Vietnamese dong (VND). USD prices on the website are for reference only.
Group discounts (if your booking qualifies) are deducted directly from the total, as shown when booking.
Extra services added at the flight site (e.g. drone, 360 camera, companion transport) are charged only if you agree to use them, at the published price or a price quoted in advance.
4. Documents
You receive an acknowledgement email with your booking code and can download an e-ticket after booking.
We issue VAT invoices. If you need one, please provide your invoicing details (company/individual name, tax code, address, email) when booking or paying.
5. Refunds
If you have paid and are entitled to a refund, the refund is handled under the Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy.
