Best View Sapa is a viewpoint and photo spot in Group 3, Cau May ward, on the hillside above Muong Hoa Valley, only about 1 km from the Hang Da paragliding take-off. It is known for its wide view down the valley and is one of the most often recommended places in Sapa for sunrise and for seeing the valley filled with cloud.
Overview
Best View Sapa combines a viewpoint, café, camping and lodging; travel guides describe it as about 40,000 m² at roughly 1,600 m. Its real asset is the position: the slope opens straight onto Muong Hoa Valley, with Ta Van village below and the Hoang Lien Son range opposite.
Because it sits a few hundred metres above the valley floor, on cloudy mornings the cloud lies below you, and on clear days you can pick out individual rice terraces.

Getting there
From central Sapa, head towards Hang Da (Hau Thao); Best View is about 1 km before the paragliding take-off on the same road, roughly 5 km from Sun Plaza; the last part is small and steep. The position on our map is approximate, so search for "Best View Sapa" in Google Maps for exact directions.
